Complaints Procedure

We're committed to providing an exceptional service. If something falls short, we want to know — and we'll put it right.

Step 1 – Tell us

Email complaints@claimhubuk.co.uk or write to: Complaints Team, ClaimHub UK Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Acknowledged within 3 working days.

Step 2 – Investigation

We investigate and provide a substantive response within 8 weeks.

Step 3 – Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk) free of charge, within 6 months of our final response.
